Lush intends to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm SGT on the following business day.

We are closed on public holidays. All communication related to Online sales will preferably be via email. If required, Lush Singapore staff will call the customer.
Ordering
Before you can place an order, you will need to register and log in. Everyone is allowed one customer account. You are more than welcome to send lots of Lush products as gifts to your friends, but they may live in a different address. All you need to do is complete a separate order for each different delivery address. Easy!
Payment Option
You can use your credit/ debit cards or your PayPal account to purchase your favorite LUSH products. Please note that you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
(1) Log in to your existing PayPal account (shown on top of the page), and
(2) Sign in as a PayPal guest to pay using credit cards (shown at the bottom of the page). Just click on the link at the end of the page to pay by credit/ debit cards.

Purchases are shipped from Singapore. Expected delivery are 2 business days in Singapore and between 3 and 5 business days from receipt of your order for international delivery.

The shipping and handling costs for orders are based on the total weight of the order.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday- Friday,excluding public holidays.
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure that someone is available at specified shipping address to accept your order. Duties & taxes shall be beared by the customer.

For order cancellations or changes, please contact us at orders@lushsg.com and quote your order number. We only accept order cancellation and changes before 9am, on the next working day.
